Preparing for an Alchemy Session
So you’ve signed up for an Alchemy session and want to know a bit more of what to expect before the big day?
The weekend prior to the session, you’ll receive an email from Meghan. If you had given her some info regarding the intention you’d like to have for the session, you’ll receive a proposed intention. If you had no idea what you wanted it to be at the time of booking, no worries!! This is will be part of your discussion with Meghan at the beginning of your appointment. The email is also where you’ll receive the Zoom link, if you chose to initially connect that way.
Prepping for the session:
Create a space where you are able to sit or lie comfortably. Preferably in a quiet, peaceful area of your home. (Sometimes clients need to send their spouse + children to the park for a few hours.) This will help reduce distractions during your session.
If you like peace and quiet while receiving energy work, please honor that. If you have a specific playlist with frequency music you like to listen to when meditating, etc, use that! If you don’t have one but would like one, Meghan has created this playlist. Feel free to queue up songs you’d like to listen to during, or just hit shuffle and let magic unfold.
What to Expect During the Session:
Archangelic Light is a gentle, strong, sweet energy which can harmonize/ balance your energy fields, release blockages, and reduce stress. You may feel calm, relaxed, peaceful, or exhilarated. You may also experience tingling, or temperature changes such as feeling cool or heat, colors, images, and/or messages. In some cases, it is possible to experience some discomfort in the clearing and healing process as toxins are being released. If this happens, please let Meghan know so that she may assist you further (at no additional cost) to help ease the integration.
You and Meghan will connect at the beginning of the session to go over your intention and so she can explain the work. When you’re both ready for the alchemy to begin, you will disconnect from the call/Zoom.* This is when you’ll get comfortable and be open to receive the alchemy. You will receive an email with a voice note of her impressions from the session within 24 hours of the session ending.
*The exception to this is a Group Alchemy session. For this session type, everyone will stay on the Zoom call. Meghan will give her impressions at the end and there will be space for a Q+A after, or for people to share their experiences. Meghan will send out a written email with the impressions within 24 hours of the session closing.
What to do After the Session:
Take a few slow deep breaths and drink some water!!
Take some time to reflect on what came up for you during the session. Journaling is recommended, if you have the time and space to record YOUR impressions from the session. You may want to meditate on this some more later or even compare Meghan’s notes to yours.
The key here is to be gentle with yourself and ease back into your day if possible.
Next Steps:
Although some experience improvement in one session, a series of 3 to 5 sessions about a week to a month apart is generally advised to allow shifts to occur gradually and to allow for full integration of the work.
