Meet Dr. Meghan
Hi, I’m Dr. Meghan.
And I didn’t exactly plan on doing any of this.
I went to chiropractic school and joined a practice. I was interested in the body, how it works, how we can support it, and how I can help others feel more comfortable in their body.
Apparently, though, GUS (God, The Universe, Source - whichever you’re more comfortable calling it) had a few other ideas.
When I was in my early twenties, I had a reading with a psychic medium who told me I’d eventually work more with the energetic body than the physical one. (She knew I was considering chiropractic school at the time.)
While I remember what she said, I didn’t really know what to do with it. I also pretended to know what she talking about when she said we had our physical body and energetic body, too. Sure? It kind of made sense at the time.
So I went to chiropractic school. And somewhere along that path, things started getting interesting.
First, I had to learn how to come back to myself.
When I was in my second quarter of chiropractic school, I met Dr. Rossi. I don’t say this lightly: she saved my life.
As soon as I stepped into her office, I cried. She told me it’s because my soul knew she could help me. In that first meeting, I remember her putting her hand on my shoulder and saying, “Honey, you’re not crazy. You’re psychic.”
At the time, I was so disconnected from my own body. I had a lot to learn about being present, paying attention to myself and to patients, and trusting what I was experiencing.
That didn’t happen overnight.
It took work. Practice. A lot of learning how to actually be in my body, trusting my intuition, instead of being somewhere outside of it.
Along the way, she taught me more about exploring intuition, quantum physics, how it all relates to the work we do as chiropractors, and different spiritual practices.
All of these teachings helped me to be more present for the life I was living through right now, instead of constantly trying to escape.
My time learning from her still shapes how I approach this work today.
Then my patients started asking questions.
About two years into chiropractic practice, I was doing cranial work with a patient when her eyes suddenly opened wide.
“Do you do Reiki?”
I told her no, but could feel the energy coming from my hands, too.
When something similar happened with another patient, I figured it was probably time to look into it. So I took Reiki I and II.
I started practicing, offering group sessions, and working with a friend who lived across the country. She was pregnant at the time and told me her baby would get especially active during our sessions.
I was fascinated, so I kept going.
And then I kind of found Archangelic Light by accident.
Before moving from Raleigh to Washington, I wanted to finish my Reiki master training so I could eventually teach it.
As chance would have it, I just missed the class. Fortunately, she had another class offering: Archangelic Light.
I’d always felt connected to angels. Not in some big, dramatic way, but in a way that was more of a quiet knowing that had been there for as long as I could remember.
Something about this modality immediately resonated with me, so I signed up.
And honestly? I loved it.
It felt expansive. Accessible. Deeply familiar, somehow, even though it was new to me. I could immediately feel my intuition opening up even more. It resonated with me so deeply, I made sure to complete the master-level training before leaving Raleigh.
Almost immediately, I started offering Archangelic Light as the primary focus of my sessions. Not because Reiki had stopped being meaningful to me, but because this work intrigued me and lit me up in a way I hadn’t experienced before.
It still gets me.
Sometimes I’m working with someone and the energy is so full of love that I end up in tears. Not because anything is wrong or upsetting, because it’s incredibly beautiful.
There are moments when I genuinely don’t have words for what I’m experiencing.
The archangels are working with us through an energy rooted in Christ Consciousness and unconditional love. And after all this time, I still find it pretty incredible that I get to participate in that.
I don’t take any of it for granted and I don’t think I’ll ever stop being amazed by it.
Here’s what all of that means for you.
I deeply believe in spiritual support.
I’ve experienced enough magic in my own life and witnessed magic in sessions that have changed what I believe is possible.
I also believe in being here, in your body, in your actual life.
I don’t want spirituality to become another way to avoid the hard conversations, the decisions, the grief, or the messy work of being human. It’s real work that we get to do.
I want it to support you through those things.
I’m not here to tell you that I know your life better than you do - because I sure as heck don’t.
I’m also not here to fix you. You’re not broken and you don’t need to be fixed.
I’m here to work with you, share what comes through, and offer another place to receive support while you figure out what’s next.
You have the agency to decide what you do with any of it.
So, that’s me.
A chiropractor who found her way into energy work.
Someone who believes in angels, intuition, and the kind of love that’s hard to put into words.
Someone who also believes In doing the work, consistently showing up for yourself, asking questions, and staying connected to real life.
I’m both grateful and glad that this work found me.
If you’re curious about experiencing it for yourself, I’d love to welcome you in.
